Take I-81 South to I-77 toward Charlotte, NC

Take Exit 14, onto US 221/58, continue west toward Galax. Continue through Galax to Independence and bear left (south) onto US 21/221.

Continue on US 21/221 to TwinOaks, turn left onto US 21 South toward Sparta.
